Where is my order?

Check the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking to update. If your order has not moved in 10+ business days, contact us.

 

I received a damaged or wrong item.

Please email us at tonnyntekele@icloud.com with your order number and clear photos or a video of the issue. We will sort it out for you right away.

 

I want to cancel or change my order.

Contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be modified before they are processed by our fulfillment warehouse. Custom and Print-on-Demand orders cannot be cancelled after payment.

 

I haven’t received a confirmation email.

Please check your spam or junk folder. If it’s not there, contact us and we will confirm your order manually.
