Thank you for shopping with Furlings! We want to make sure your order reaches you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order.
Furlings is a dropshipping store. All orders are fulfilled and shipped by our fulfillment partner, TeemDrop, directly from their warehouses. We do not hold or dispatch physical stock ourselves.
1. Free Shipping on All Orders
Furlings offers FREE shipping on every order, with no minimum spend required. The shipping cost you see at checkout is R 0.00 — what you see is what you pay.
This applies to all products in our store, including grooming kits, accessories, pet beds, and all other items.
2. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, it goes through the following stages before being dispatched:
• Order verification & payment confirmation: 0–1 business day
• Quality inspection & packing at TeemDrop’s warehouse: 1–3 business days
• Handover to courier / dispatch: within 3 business days in most cases
Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or periods of high order volume. We will notify you if there is an unexpected delay with your order.
Please note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. The estimates below are from the date your order is dispatched from the warehouse:
Major Markets (USA, Europe, Australia, Canada, UK):
• Standard delivery: 8–12 business days
• Express / optimised routes: 5–10 business days (where available)
South Africa & Other African Countries:
• Estimated delivery: 10–20 business days
• Delivery times may vary by province and local postal service efficiency
Rest of the World (200+ countries served):
• Standard delivery: 10–25 business days
• Remote areas, islands, and less-served regions may take longer
These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on your location, carrier, and external factors such as customs clearance.
4. Shipping Carriers & Methods
TeemDrop works with a network of over 100 global shipping lines and reputable carriers to ensure your order is delivered efficiently. Carriers used may include:
• YunExpress
• DHL
• Local postal services and regional courier partners
The specific carrier used for your order will depend on your destination, the product, and the most efficient routing at the time of dispatch. TeemDrop’s AI-powered logistics system automatically selects the best carrier and route for each order to maximise delivery speed and reliability.
All shipments are 100% insured, providing full protection against loss or damage in transit.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification containing your tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.
You can track your order via:
• The tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email
• The carrier’s official website using your tracking number
• Third-party tracking platforms such as 17track.net or parcelsapp.com
Please allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier’s system to update with the latest information.
Note for remote regions: If your order is being delivered to a remote area, tracking updates may be limited or delayed during certain stages of transit. In such cases, we recommend contacting your local post office for the most current delivery status.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Furlings ships internationally. Depending on your country’s import regulations, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival.
• These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product prices or shipping cost
• Furlings has no control over customs processes and cannot predict what charges, if any, may apply
• Customs clearance can also cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframes
We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing your order if you have concerns about import duties or restrictions on pet products in your country.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. Furlings and TeemDrop are not responsible for orders that are delayed, undeliverable, or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
If your order is returned to the warehouse due to an incorrect address, an undeliverable location, or a failure to collect:
• You may be required to pay a reshipment fee for the order to be resent
• Furlings will contact you to arrange reshipment or discuss a suitable resolution
• If reshipment is not possible, we will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis
If you notice an error in your shipping address immediately after placing your order, please contact us right away via furlings.store/pages/contact. We will do our best to update it before the order is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once processing has begun.
8. Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Orders
We understand how frustrating it can be when a package doesn’t arrive on time. Here is what to do:
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe:
• Check your tracking number for the latest status
• Contact your local post office or courier with the tracking details
• Reach out to us via furlings.store/pages/contact if tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days
If your order has not been delivered within 45 days of dispatch:
• Contact us immediately and we will open a formal dispute with TeemDrop on your behalf
• A resolution (refund or resend) will be provided once the dispute is investigated
If tracking confirms delivery but you have not received the package:
• Please check with neighbours, building management, or your local post office
• An official non-delivery certification from your local post office may be required to process a claim
9. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please:
• Take clear photos or a short video of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt
• Contact us within 30 days of delivery via furlings.store/pages/contact
• Include your order number and the photos/video as evidence
We will assess the damage and arrange a full refund, partial refund, or replacement at no cost to you. All TeemDrop shipments are insured, so damaged goods are always covered.
10. Remote & Hard-to-Reach Areas
Furlings ships to over 200 countries worldwide. However, for certain remote regions, islands, and less-served destinations:
• Delivery times may be significantly longer than standard estimates
• Tracking updates may be limited or unavailable during parts of the transit
• Additional remote area fees may apply and will be communicated at checkout if applicable
