Furlings is an online pet supplies store offering premium grooming products, accessories, and essentials for pets. Our store is hosted on Shopify and orders are fulfilled through TeemDrop, a third-party dropshipping and fulfillment partner.
Because we operate as a dropshipping store, products are sourced and shipped directly from our fulfillment partner’s warehouses. We do not hold physical stock.
3. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order on furlings.store, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract
• The information you provide during checkout is accurate and complete
• You are not purchasing products for resale without our prior written consent
4. Products & Descriptions

6. Orders & Order Confirmation
When you place an order on furlings.store:
• You will receive an automated order confirmation email — this is an acknowledgement, not acceptance of your order
• Furlings reserves the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion
• Orders may be cancelled if payment cannot be verified, if the product is out of stock, or if we suspect fraudulent activity
• Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number
7. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders as advertised on our website. Estimated delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method used by our fulfillment partner, TeemDrop.
General delivery estimates:
• Standard international delivery: 7–20 business days
• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to customs delays
Please note: Furlings is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Once your order is dispatched and a tracking number is provided, the responsibility for final delivery lies with the courier.
If your order has not arrived within 45 days of dispatch, please contact us so we can open a dispute with our fulfillment partner on your behalf.
8. Returns & Refunds
Our full Returns & Refund Policy is available at furlings.store and forms part of these Terms of Service. Key points include:
• Returns for non-quality-related reasons are accepted within 7 days of receipt
• Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photographic evidence
• Print-on-Demand (POD) and custom items are non-returnable unless there is a verified quality defect
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect

9. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed by our fulfillment warehouse. Once an order is in processing or has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
Print-on-Demand, custom-branded, and pre-order items cannot be cancelled after payment has been received, as production begins immediately.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on furlings.store, including but not limited to logos, images, text, product names, graphics, and design elements, is the property of Furlings or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
